RALEIGH, N.C. – Debbie Houston, president of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, has announced that Heritage Wake Forest was awarded six 2007 STARS Awards from the N.C. Home Builders Association at the annual STARS Awards Gala during the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference in Charlotte Sept. 12-14. Heritage Wake Forest was awarded STARS in the following categories:

• Master Planned Community of the Year
• Detached Community of the Year
• Best Brochure/Direct Mail Piece for a Community
• Best Logo Design for a Community
• Best Color Ad
• Best Black and White Ad

The 2007 STARS Awards Gala recognized builders, developers, sales and marketing professionals, interior merchandisers, Web designers, home builders associations and others in the home building industry in 36 categories. The statewide STARS Awards competition recognizes superior achievement, honor and distinction among building industry professionals.
