WAKE FOREST, N.C.  – Kim Agnolutto, director of marketing for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, has announced that Heritage Wake Forest was honored by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County at the 42nd Annual Parade of Homes Award Gala on Oct. 9 at Meymandi Concert Hall in the Progress Energy Center in downtown Raleigh. Heritage Wake Forest won five awards for the following homes and their builders: 

  • Bronze Award in the $354,900-$$369,900 category for “The Ludington,” built by Biltmore Homes, located in Heritage Knoll.
  • Silver Award in the $467,500-$489,000 category for “The Winchester,” built by Creech Construction Company, located in Heritage Dale.
  • Bronze Award in the $467,500-$489,000 category for “Arramore,” built by Homes by Dickerson, located in Heritage Dale;
  • Gold Award in the $579,900-$614,985 category for “Janna’s Place,” built by Braswell Construction Company, Inc., located in Heritage Shire.
  • Bronze Award in the $722,900-$749,900 category for “The Riverwalk,” built by Homes by Dickerson, located in Heritage Heights.
